Support for Online Classes

General Tips

Read the class home page carefully and find out:

• Login to class at least twice a week.
• Learn how to contact your instructor in the Discussion, Instructor's Office or via class email.
• Add discussion responses early to avoid repeating what others have written.
• Have patience. Try a few times before you contact the Help Desk.
• Deal with technical problems as soon as possible by contacting the Online Education Help Desk.

• Mark due dates on your calendar (the key to success is time management).
